Thank you for looking through my shop! I aim to post on the next working day and postage is always Tracked. Customers can message me for their tracking number.
Most items have a gift box option for a small extra cost (mostly to account for the increased postage fee).
I also make bespoke items upon request - just send me a message and I'll get back to you to discuss your requirements.
Items that are not marked as a gift may be posted with recycled exterior packaging to reduce my carbon footprint - the packaging around the item will always be new.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
I have used a bright orange, slightly metallic, enamel and epoxy resin to make these earrings and pendant. Because of the texture of the paint, the colours can look brighter or darker depending on the amount of light reflected by the metallic enamel.
Normally dispatched securely attached to a backing card. Option available to add a Gift Box (the charge reflects the increased postage cost)
Made from hypoallergenic Stainless Steel bezels, the chain and ear wires are also Stainless Steel.
The necklace is 27mm in diameter and the chain is approximately 45cm - drop me a message if you would like it making shorter or longer. The bezels on the earrings are either 14mm or 18mm.
Care Instructions: please don’t leave your pendant and earrings in water for any prolonged period as it may cause the enamel to lift away from the metal. The chain can be removed and washed in warm soapy water.
Postage & Packaging: Postage is charged per order, no matter how many items you buy. Your orange pendant will be placed in a chiffon bag and the earrings attached to a display card, and packaged in recyclable cardboard postage box. Orders are usually posted the next working day via Royal Mail Tracked 48. International deliveries include tracking and may take up to 30 working days. Gift boxing is available as an option.
Your Guarantee: Each piece is handmade with care using quality materials – if I wouldn’t wear it myself, I won’t sell it.
