UK POST All items except for the letterbox gifts are now posted by Royal Mail Tracked 48 parcel post and charged at a flat rate of £3.95. If you order more than one item the second will be free or I will upgrade as required with no extra cost to you.
INTERNATIONAL POST - Due to new regulations I no longer post to Europe or NI. Should I overcharge on postage I will refund the excess.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Oscar/Pebbles and Toby, traditional teddy bear and panda beat.
These are paper patterns that will be sent through the post
Patterns or templates are full size so no need to reverse when cutting.
Comprehensive instructions are included to make both bears with tips and technique sheets and full size patterns.
Normally £10.99 each pattern.
Please note these are pattern and instruction packs only, both are available as full kits (see separate listings in my Folksy shop).
They will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd class post.
