Additional terms
All orders can be cancelled up to 48hrs after purchase. Returns and exchanges are not accepted, all orders are made bespoke to order and therefore we cannot accept returns. Items that have been subject to mishandling resulting in an impact of the integrity of the product will not qualify for a full refund. We will assess the product on return and discuss a part refund with you or replace the damaged item.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

If you wish to add more items to the sets, let us know and we can do it at a better price than adding a single item.
All Timber is 3 thick, treated for outdoor use, and can also be used internally should you wish. We advise keeping a cover over them on harsh weather and the worst winter months.
All items will come pre assembled.
Please note that our timber is reclaimed, and can therefore have dents, cracks, knots, grooves and all sorts of signs of character. We see these as benefits to the piece rather than any problems. We do ensure all timbers are safe to use inside and every length is inspected prior to building, and once the item is finished, to maintain our high standards.
