Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
All orders can be cancelled up to 48hrs after purchase. Returns and exchanges are not accepted, all orders are made bespoke to order and therefore we cannot accept returns. Items that have been subject to mishandling resulting in an impact of the integrity of the product will not qualify for a full refund. We will assess the product on return and discuss a part refund with you or replace the damaged item.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Welcome to The Bespoke Carpentry Co - A sustainable company providing high quality hand made furniture.
Here at The Bespoke Carpentry Co, we use quality materials and combine it with our tried and tested years of furniture making- the result is unrivaled, beautiful and long lasting pieces. We DO NOT use scaffolding boards- we use 2" thick quality reclaimed timber, all UK Sourced. Our Steel and fixtures and fittings are also all UK sourced, providing support to Small Businesses and keeping trade within the country. Handmade By The Bespoke Carpentry Co. Solid Pine sleepers have been cut down and restored to chunky 40mm timber which we have then planed, sanded & stained to enhance the stunning grain. A beautiful handcrafted unique piece that will get everyone talking. Everything has been crafted by us in our workshop!
Dimensions:
50cm High
40cm deep
Internal height of top shelf is 15cm.
Top timber is 3 thick, sides and shelf are 2 thick.
All measurements can vary from 1-2cm.

Reclaimed timber will always have wear marks in it. Slight bumps, dents and cracks are all part of the character of the piece!
