You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

A stylish and fun way to attach those precious items to any fridge or metal surface!
Each magnet is created using multiple layers of cloth, sewn using freehand machine embroidery and then cut out by hand. The magnet on the back is attached with hot glue.
Each magnet measures approximately 4cm by 5cm.
Your magnet will be sent in a glassine envelope with a heart label to close.
Due to the nature of each magnet being handmade, there will be slight differences in each, making each one unique. They will also differ slightly from the photographed one.
