Welcome to Lillibets Millinery on Folksy. I'm delighted to be featured alongside the talented artisan makers of the UK and hope you enjoy browsing my designs.
Each of my creations has been designed and made by me, Isobel Robinson, at my home studio in Riddlesden in West Yorkshire. Overlooking the rolling hills and rugged moorland of Bronte Country, I continue to be inspired by the beautiful surroundings, dotted with the remnants of industrial heritage of bygone eras.
Lillibets Millinery combines my passion for two mediums - millinery and jewellery. I love to create wearable fashion accessories that enhance your self-confidence and define your individual style. Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
I take great care to produce heirloom quality pieces that create a lasting memory of a special event. I do appreciate that it may be difficult to judge how styles will suit online, so I allow returns/exchanges within 7 days of receipt (overseas customers please contact within 7 days). This excludes any bespoke options beyond the style of fastening or side of head where offered. Returns must be unworn with tags intact and in the original hat box. Any damage, including to the hat box, will incur a charge to cover replacement costs. All return postage costs are covered by buyer unless faulty. Bespoke headpieces, or those made in different colours to the listed hats, are strictly non-returnable due to their personalised nature.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
