Ginger's Story:
Say hello to Ginger. This happy gingerbread girl is always smiling & loves to spend her time baking & browsing her large cookery book collection for the next tasty recipe to make for her friends. Putting on her apron & chef’s hat fills her with joy you can often hear her singing her favourite tunes as she rustles up another culinary delight in her cosy kitchen.
The Christmas holidays is her favourite time of the year when she gets to make her special recipe white chocolate chip & winter berry cookies as well as her delicious deep filled mince pies which she always leaves out as a special treat for Santa on Christmas Eve.
After a busy day in the kitchen, Ginger looks forward to snuggling up on the sofa in front of the fireplace with her little gingerbread doll friend to watch Christmas movies with a few cookies & a mug of hot chocolate piled high with mini marshmallows of course.
