The packaging used to send orders is eco friendly, paper based and plastic free. I do send out silicone earring backs with hook earrings in case they are needed. All postage is despatched via Royal Mail and sent tracked.

Niobium is considered hypoallergenic and can be tolerated by most people that might otherwise struggle for choice. Niobium wire has a special subtle lustre and feel that I find different from other metals, very satisfying to work with.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Niobium is known for being hypoallergenic and has a dark grey color with a soft lustrous appearance.

Eco-friendly packaging: Packaging is free of plastic and made from paper and cardboard. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd class tracked/signed service. For a variety of colours and designs, please visit my shop. These earrings contain small parts and should be kept out of the reach of children.

My handmade jewelry is created in Wales, in a small village in the valleys. The breathtaking Bannau Brycheiniog National Park and the beautiful Gower Peninsula are nearby, and the surrounding landscape influences my choice of colours and combinations.
