we love feathers and when we create prints from them, the ink picks up each individual part of the feather demonstrating the absolute beauty.

This is an original mono print,
We love feathers and often pick them up on our walks around Lincolnshire.
Mono printing is a printmaking technique where only one print is made from the chosen item.
Once we have selected our feather, we create the colour by mixing Intaglio inks. We then carefully ink each feather, ensuring it does not clog, we carefully place the feather on the paper to create an impression, being careful not to move any part of the feather as it will smudge. Gold leaf was added to the impressions of this feather from added detail.
This is an original piece of art created in Lincolnshire by our professional printmaker.
The feathers come ready framed and ready to gift.
This piece would make a perfect gift for Father's Day, as a wedding gift or as a treat for yourself to complement your own decor.
This piece is mounted in a deep black frame 26cm square and 2.5 cm deep. The mono print is 20 cm square set in a double mount with 20cm square aperture.
We will send your art work via Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service. Please let us know if you would prefer a different option or would like to buy additional items. We will happily include additional items in one parcel.
We are also happy to post internationally, but the buyer is responsible for any customer fees.
