This pair of coasters sports one of my favourite designs - Random Mosaic
Each coaster uses the same construction method - Small pieces of coloured glass are laid out on a clear glass square and the gaps between are filled with glass powder, They are each approximately 10 cm square and have little rubber feet fixed to the base to stop them from slipping around. A session in the kiln smooths off the sharp edges and fuses everything together.
The coasters are food-safe and can be cleaned with a damp cloth - but please don't put them in the dishwasher.
