Inspired by my love of the sea in all its moods, these earrings capture a perfect summer's day with rolling turquoise waves over fine white sands.

Full description
Handmade porcelain heart charms with an impressed turquoise wave design. The hearts are glazed to a glossy shine on the front face with a smooth, matt tactile finish on the reverse. The hearts hang on delicate 20mm sterling silver hoops.
Suitable for both occasion and everyday wear, these earrings make the perfect gift for a loved one or a lovely treat for yourself.
A necklace of the same design is also available.
Process
The earrings are made by impressing my handcarved wave design into the wet porcelain clay which is then cut to the desired shape and smoothed before having its first firing. The bisque porcelain is then polished, decorated with colour by hand and glazed ready for a second high temperature stoneware firing (1235c) which ensures the charms' durability and strength.
Packaging
The earrings are packaged in a luxury hand printed grey gift box made with a high level of recycled content and which is itself 100% recyclable.
