As I love nature I wanted to create some jewellery incorporating such things as butterflies. For one they are beautifully coloured. I found some really lovely rainbow dichroic glass after which I used a very fine stencil with etching cream to bring about the central image. I added more dichroic to the top and bottom of my pendant to frame it. Also a black Bullseye base. I was really pleased with my end result after fusing. The rainbow colours really came out and I love the lime green (with wavy lines) surround.
This is a very feminine and pretty piece and looks super in the light.
