You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Brighten up your home with 'A Wreath for all Seasons', a sustainable wreath subscription that sends four seasonal deliveries of dried flowers and one vine base throughout the year. Our biodegradable and compostable wreath kits feature unique blooms and textures of each season. Experience nature-inspired beauty and an environmentally conscious design with each delivery!
Your first delivery includes an organic grapevine wreath and the corresponding seasons flowers. The following three deliveries will be just the flowers and foliage with a how to guide and access to an inspiration video.
The wreaths are designed to be easy to make and require no binding. Each design will last 3 months (at least!) and the flowers can be swapped out, stored away or composted. Your base will be used for the full year.
