Years ago, I worked in Sheffield city centre and there was a bit of graffiti near the cathedral that always made me laugh - "Darren is a pigeon licker" (the name may have been different). When I was asked to make some beer mats for a mate's poetry night in a pub, I did a practice one and randomly chose "do not lick pigeons" - one of the Ns is round the wrong way (I did it freehand and lino printing is always backwards!)....people liked them so I started printing them off......but I couldn't keep up with demand so I got 500 printed professionally.
This is the 5th batch of 500 beer mats I've had made. I hope you like the pink!
