This screen print of trees from the coastal area of Lincolnshire was created from a Plein Air sketch of Lincolnshire farmland.
An artist proof is the test print created by the artist; usually the first print taken off the printing press. They are often kept by the artist for their own personal collection and as there are no others, they are often deemed more valuable than a limited edition.
