You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Heart-shaped bodhi leaf pendant. The Bodhi leaf pendant is electroformed in silver. It is a beautiful heart-shaped skeleton leaf that comes from the Bodhi tree - the tree under which the Lord Buddha was sitting when he attained enlightenment. Bodhi (Pli and Sanskrit for "enlightenment")
Electroformed metal is extremely pure, due to its refined crystal structure with multiple layers of electroformed metal molecularly bonded together. The vivid detail and the beauty of nature's creation can be seen, and you have the natural item too!
