Custom orders are always welcome.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

All custom orders are sent with a signed for delivery as they often cannot be replaced. Please check your address carefully, If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package a refund minus the shipping will only be issued once the package has returned to me. Please note this can take weeks. Items go missing in transit rarely and Royal mail do not consider anything lost until 30 days have passed for UK . Therefore refunds on lost items can only be given after 32 days.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Lampwork earrings -
A gorgeous pair of deep red lamp work glass beads with fine silver dots handmade for me by a local glass artist.
Sterling silver flower bead caps and beads complete the design of these lovely simple glass drops.
The total length of the earring is just 1.25 inches / 32mm, the glass bead measures a fraction under 0.5 inches / 12mm round.
Ear wires are sterling silver.
More glass earrings are shown in pictures 7 - 9.
Precious Hare jewellery is carefully gift wrapped in an organnza bag ready to give or keep for yourself.
Postage is 2nd class UK.
