Full description
10 2cm felt balls, kettle dyed with dried onion skins.
The balls are made by a women's co-operative in Nepal, and mordanted and dyed here in North Wales.
The wool is not particularly soft and natural dye penetration is often less than that of acid dyes, which gives a variety of shades and variation on these balls.
