The object is to make a puzzle that looks good and is extremely challenging - this ticks both those boxes I think.

Full description

This is a tray type puzzle that uses a Fractal type design. In this wooden square Fractal Tray Puzzle the pieces are variously sized and easily mixed up - nested and interlocking - they came out so they must go back in, surely!

I cut pieces out with a Laser Engraver/Cutter from 3mm (1/8") Poplar Plywood and the puzzle is backed with 3mm (1/8") Birch or Eucalyptus Plywood. The surfaces are then finished with natural boiled linseed oil.Dimensions: 190mm x 190mm

Domestic orders sent Royal Mail First Class. Items sent overseas are sent using Royal Mail International Standard postage.

Regarding Packaging - I try to minimise waste so simply post in a cardboard padded envelope with the puzzle wrapped in recyclable clingfilm (made from Sugar Cane waste) to prevent pieces falling out of the tray.
