All orders are packaged and delivered in non-bleached Kraft paper/cardboard material, made from recycled content and recyclable, and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (tracking number available upon request). An upgrade to Tracked 24, with expedited production time, is for sale in my shop.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Three-dimensional stained glass Eucalyptus with leaves in a rich dark green. Approximately 40 cm high, ideal for vases of 12-18 cm. You can cut the stem with kitchen scissors, and use uncooked rice in your vase to hold the stem in place.
Being handmade, your stem will differ slightly from the photos as the glass shapes are cut entirely freehand replicating the variation seen in nature. The solder around the glass has a black patina, and the wire stem has a variegated gun-metal patina.
Always handle using the wire stem (not the glass pieces) when carrying/adjusting. Due to the fragile 3D nature of this sculpture, it is not suitable to be sent direct to a recipient as a gift, as care and awareness is needed when unboxing this item.
This 3D stem can not be ordered as part of the bouquet listing.
Sent Royal Mail Tracked 48; please note there will be a bend in the stem (for postage), just apply gentle pressure either side of the bend to straighten.
