A gorgeous Scottish Sea Glass Pendant on a tartan ribbon necklace.
The Sea Glass is collected by my little family from the beaches near our home on the West Coast of Scotland. It is then cleaned, and drilled to become this beautiful and unique piece of jewellery, giving new life to the glass.
Sea Glass is glass that has been discarded on or near the sea. Over time it is broken, then worn and tumbled by the waves and sand creating these perfectly smooth and frosted nuggets.
The tartan used in this pendant is Pride of Scotland Hunting tartan. A dark brown/black with subtle beige lines. The Pride of Scotland Tartans are modern tartans, designed to be worn by anyone.
The necklace is a 45cm ribbon, finished with a lobster clasp and extension chain.
Not suitable for young children.
Contains mixed metal components.
