A lovely patchwork quilted tote bag made from batik fabric in bright shades of blue and yellow.
I chose beautiful cotton batik prints for this bag and have sewn them together in a zigzag formation. I've sewn in a cotton lining with its own integral zipped pocket and have added a soft layer of cotton wadding between the inner and outer layers.
This bag measures 15" (38cm) wide by 14" (35.5cm) high, plus the double thickness and topstitched handles which add another 9" (23cm) to the height. It is hand washable.
Perfect for a gift, for everyday shopping trips or to use on holiday - the bag folds up easily to a quarter of its' normal size when not in use.
