Eco & Zero Waste Pledge
My collections create purposeful items, including many that replace single use alternatives.
Where possible I endeavour to reduce my impact on our fragile planet.
When choosing materials I seek to:
- use recycled fabrics
- pad products with wadding that is 100% recycled plastic bottles
- upcycling discontinued fabric sample books to reduce landfill
- source Eco-friendly haberdashery resources where possible
I work towards Zero Waste by:
- using fabric offcuts & scraps to create new fabrics
- using Eco-friendly and recycled packaging
Being lucky enough to live on the North Cornish Coast I'm always inspired by my local surroundings. I love nothing more than wave watching so this wallhanging is my interpretation of the power and beauty of the ocean around the Cornish coast

Full description
Stunning Wave stained glass applique wall hanging using bright batik fabrics. I have used a soft wadding which us made from 100% recycled plastic bottles which and quilted each section to give depth and texture.
The backing fabric is a multi coloured batik. Finished with a black binding which has been hand stitched to complete the piece.
The finished size is approximately 16" x 11.5" with a driftwood hanger found on my local beach.
