Full description

A book thumb rest made from Oak wood.

Measuring approximately 8.5 cm with a 32mm thumb hole.

I use offcuts and spare pieces to make these to make sure that no useable wood goes to waste.

due to this sizes, thickness, colouring and grain patterns will vary.

Each piece is cut and shaped then sanded by me. I finish with Danish oil which protects the wood from any natural oils from the skin and also gives a nice soft smooth finish.

(the oil is fully cured and won't damage you books while in use.
