Personalised baby blanket. I can add the baby's name or initials or even their date of birth. I generally add the applique to the back but could put it onto a plain panel on the front of the blanket if you wished.

I like to choose a selection of bright and cheerful fabrics to keep a baby cosy and entertained. For the backing, and the part that will be in contact with your baby, I usually use beautifully soft organic cotton flannel. The blanket shown in these photos had cotton chenille for the backing which is also cosy and soft.

This blanket measures approximately 60 by 50 cm - which is ideal from newborn to around 6 months. It will fit neatly into your nappy bag and could even be used as a play mat or changing mat.

It is machine washable and can be tumble dried on low.

Each blanket will be unique as I make them up to order. I can use a similar selection of fabrics to those shown here or I can pick a selection to meet your requirements - for colour or pattern or both, and can to make a different size too.

I am more than happy to email photos of a suggested selection of fabrics for you to check over.

Blankets can be made and posted within 5 working days of ordering.
