Full description
This print depicts two lovers with a hint of Gustav Klimt's style, I was drawn to the way Klimt used decorative patterns and rich colours to convey a sense of passion and romance. I wanted to incorporate some of those elements into my own work while also creating something that felt fresh and original by choosing a colour palette that would convey warmth and intimacy. I then used a more subtle approach to Klimt's signature style by adding small touches of pattern and detail to their clothing. However, I also allowed my own creativity and style to shine through, playing with texture and composition to create a piece that felt both inspired by Klimt and uniquely my own.
As an artist, I am aware of the cultural and political significance of depicting same-sex relationships, and I have taken care to create a painting that is both beautiful and meaningful. Through my art, I hope to celebrate love in all its forms, and to promote a message of acceptance, diversity, and inclusion.
This print is made using state of the art printing technology, water-based HP inks for sharp photographic reproduction and colour fidelity using UL certified GREENGUARD GOLD archival inks on 310gsm fine art paper. Production 3 working days.
Wrapped in plastic then securely packed into corrugated tube for delivery. Please note this is a print only, ready for you to put into your own frame.
