UK Postage is by 2nd class signed for and is the same price however large or small your order.
I aim to dispatch orders within a week, but at busy times or if an item is ‘made to order’ turnaround may take a little longer. Please message if you are in a hurry for your order.

SAFETY WARNING All hair accessories must only be worn under adult supervision due to small parts. Please ensure that children are not left unattended whilst wearing them and that they are removed when children are sleeping.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Who loves a beautiful bundle surprise? This is your chance to grab a surprise selection of bows. Each bow is perfect to add some style to an outfit or to give as a special gift. Bows measure 9 cm approx and are attached to an alligator clip.
