I have been making guitars and folk instruments for many years, saw one of these being played at a folk festival and thought i could make one, i also set myself a goal of being as eco friendly with the build so set about using reclaimed hardwoods, frets have to be new along with strings and tuners.

This is a hand crafted STRUM STICK DULCIMER!
This is a right handed instrument, tuned to GDG, 3 string.
It measures approx. 83cm long, 3cm deep, 3.5cm at the top of the body where it meets the neck, and 13cm wide at the base of the body.
This has a walnut finger board and is made from reclaimed and recycled hardwood/timber.
All the hardware (frets, strings etc....) are new.
It can be made left handed at no extra cost , just contact me if you require this.
Tases are great to learn on and very good for beginners, its very hard to play a wrong note on one of these instruments..
