A street art project which involved hand painting real snail's shells with graffiti style text and setting them free around the country,i wasn't involved in this project but it did inspire this snail model. I've always loved really strong color and dayglo pink is my favorite so i enjoyed making these little characters.

Full description
Another funky little snail with hand painted graffiti on natural shell. The body is modelled in neon pink,orange and green polymer clay which is then hardened in the oven. The shell has been hand painted with acrylic paints and ink pens. and sealed with a layer of gloss varnish.. The wording on the shell is painted in an urban street style and says "crazy" there are also some googly eyes on the design. I've used just about the brightest contrasting colors i could find to make this really funky.
