Today was a lovely sunny day with a bright blue sky - even though it was cold. I could see the shoots starting to appear in the garden and I just thought a frog in all the fresh colours of Spring would be nice.

Full description
Using the original Dot Pebbles pattern, this little chap has been knitted in a mixture of Alpaca and Kid Silk Mohair yarns. I am continually experimenting with the pattern, constantly changing techniques in order to create the best possible results. This little one is quite a bright green with soft gold eyes.
Warmly attired in a striped of rose pink and white sweater knitted in Alpaca and Kid Silk Mohair yarns, it features a ribbed turtleneck.
I’ve used plastic safety eyes and yarn bound florist wire in the forelegs to make him posable. He is filled with 100% sheep’s wool.
He measures approximately 8cm from the tip of his nose to the base of his tail. His hind legs add an additional 8cm to his length.
He would look comfortably at home on a shelf or bedside table. Alternatively, he could be a friendly work companion on your desk, or nestled in a pocket.
The books are not included in the sale.
Please note that due to small parts and wire he is not suitable for very young children or pets. He is NOT classed as a toy but as a decorative item.
I’m now posting worldwide and use recycled or recyclable packaging. I usually post out next working day and use Royal Mail tracked service.
