You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Here we have a set of personalised wooden Scrabble fridge magnets!
These tile magnets are great to jazz up a fridge, or any other magnetic surface.
They have super strong neodymium magnets which give a low profile so the letters are close to the fridge surface and stick really well.

Please state the two names you would like before ordering (remember what you state is what you will receive!)
For example: For the names Alice and Greg please state 'Alice Greg'
The word 'and' will be included with all orders.
The max number of letters for each name is 10.
For extra long names or other words please drop us a message for a custom order.
Each tile measures 20 mm x 18 mm x 5 mm

We send out via Royal Mail, and we try to ship all products as soon as we can, but as some are custom made, please do allow a few days for us to make your item. We like things to be perfect, so nothing is rushed, and as everything is done in our tiny home studio, we do need a few days to get things just right for you.
