I feel that roses are the true embodiment of love. I was working on capturing full rosebuds in resin, something I am still working on.
I accidentally broke apart a rosebud and so formed the idea of using the petals, which are incidentally quite troubling to detach when they have been dried - I need a laugh emoji here!
Adding the rose petals and silver leaf I like to imagine I have successfully captured and symbolised romance within these pieces.

Rose Petal and Silver Leaf Resin Dangle Earrings.
These are one of my favourite things I’ve made to date. The rich red colour of the petals contrasts beautifully with the silver leaf, both captured timelessly in resin.
Their sister pendant will soon follow when I have had the chance to photograph it. I’ve had great joy making these, some items are more tricky than others to make, none are simple but I get a lot of enjoyment out of making these ones.
You will have yourself a piece of handmade timeless classic jewellery, perfect for a gift or for everyday wear. I love capturing nature in resin as I feel in some way that it can live forever as a result.
