Full description
A gorgeous gift for someone you love or yourself! Quilted Red Rose print with sleeves to use as a wall hanging or as a throw on a bed, chair or sofa.
I have individually quilted each petal of this striking red rose print. I have hand guided (not computerised) free motion embroidered feathers, scrolls, hearts, shells and swirls to make each petal really stand out using shades of silk finish red/dark red thread. The wadding is good quality 80/20 cotton/polyester from Bosal with no glues or resins and I have backed the quilt with 100% cotton in claret.
I have added a sleeve at the top and bottom so if you wish to hang it using rods it will make a fabulous and striking wall hanging. Adding a rod at the bottom should allow this to hang nicely against the wall. The edge is finished in satin bias binding.
Washing instructions on label applied, gentle 30 degree wash, do not tumble dry, dry in an airing cupboard. Iron. Size approximately 110cm by 110cm
