Sight loss inspired me to hone my wire art and gemstone skills for your delight!
The inspiration came from a resin heart I saw but that faded. dreadfully. But that provided the design for this and one or two other hearts. The wire stitch used is figure eight or ladder stitch.

A charming wire wrapped and woven wire heart with turquoise banded agate disc and beads, outlined with woven silver wire.
The pendant is 70 x 50 mm and hangs on a 600 mm silver snake chain.
