You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

This handmade greeting card is carefully packaged to keep it clean and fresh and free of fingerprints or other marks. The card is therefore not eligible for return once you have taken it out of the packaging.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This is a beautiful luxury 3D handmade card to wish someone good luck. It is a very versatile card and can be used for lots of occasions, such as a new home, new job, new adventure, anything that you want to wish someone lots of luck for.
This design is three handmade shamrock four leaf clovers on long elegant stems. They are mounted with my own handmade papers. The greeting is glittered in green with a green ribbon tie to match my handmade papers and says "Good Luck". Green gems complete the design.
I have made the card with a high-quality luxury hammered texture with a clean, contemporary, and sophisticated design.
The inside of the card has a blank white insert for you to write your own special message.
The card comes with a free envelope to match the size of the card and is packaged in a free high-quality bag to keep it clean and fresh ready for you to use.
