This item is very heavy, the courier will need help to offload.

All timber is dried to a moisture content of 10% or less, this will hopefully stop the wood from bowing, splitting or cracking. It is up to the buyer to ensure the product is kept oiled and not submerged in water as well as being kept in a moisture free and stable environment regarding heat. Care instructions will be emailed over upon dispatch, please also get in touch if you require any further assistance regarding the product as we want you to get many years use out of it.
MAKING UP ORDER:
Please note items are made to order, which generally takes about 14days. As soon as the order is ready we will send tracking details.
We will need an email address & mobile number for the courier company to send notification of delivery as well as getting in touch in case of any problems
DELIVERY:
We currently only deliver to mainland UK. We cant deliver to some Highlands, Island or N.Ireland
Delivery is weekdays only, no Saturday deliveries
Delivery is 3-5 days as its a bulky item
