You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

The perfect gift for when you can’t decide!
Gift vouchers for Joyful by Ellie are available in values of £10 to £50 increasing in £5 increments. If you require a different amount I am happy to arrange this - use the contact button at the top of the shop page.
What you need to know…
The Buyer:
. The gift voucher will be EMAILED to the buyer of the voucher as a PDF and you can then choose to email the voucher or print it off yourself.
. This is not an automated system - gift vouchers will be emailed within 24 hours of the order being placed.
The recipient of the voucher:
. Vouchers can be used for the purchase of any items in the Joyful by Ellie Folksy shop and can also cover any postage and packaging costs incurred.
. The recipient of the voucher places their order via email on the voucher or the 'contact' button on the top of the Joyful by Ellie shop page.
. The gift voucher is to be used in a single transaction and no change can be given.
. If the total sum of the order exceeds the voucher value, the recipient will be asked to pay the additional costs via Paypal.
. Vouchers are valid for 9 months from the purchase date - this date is shown on the gift voucher.
. Each voucher contains the recipient's name, a unique voucher code and the expiry date of the voucher.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
