Full description
This is a new design this year for simple pop over textured cowl.
I have made this cowl from a gorgeous single plied, Light Aran, 75% wool, spun in Yorkshire. It is a self-striping yarn with muted Autumnal colours- Red, Orange, Blue, Pink and Purple. In the close-up photos you can see the lovely Tweedy twist as the colours merge into the next.
Knitting time on this item is approximately 11 hours. It has been knit on the round so there are no ugly seams. Professional finish.
This universal size is an easily wearable neck warmer which you can just pop on quickly for some extra warmth or colour without any itch factor. It measures 56cm in the round with a depth of 17cm. There is plenty of stretch in the depth and will sit beautifully around the neck for cosy warmth. I wouldn't say that this has wool 'itch factor'! It is very soft.
Great for in between seasons or cool evenings.
