Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Having difficulty choosing the perfect gift? HooperHart gift vouchers make it easy!
This £75 voucher is redeemable against any item and the associated postage & packaging costs in my Folksy shop.
The voucher will be emailed to the recipient (or yourself if you prefer to forward/print it - choose from the options menu) in the form of a PDF. No actual gift card will be posted out.
Vouchers can be personalised by adding the recipient's name, sender's name, and a short message. Each voucher will include a unique code, traceable back to your purchase in the event of loss or fraud (a replacement can only be made if the voucher number is given).
To redeem a voucher, the recipient can message me via email or by using the 'contact' button on my shop page, quoting the unique voucher number. If an order exceeds the value of the voucher I will email an invoice for the balance which must be paid at the time of purchase. No change will be given but credit towards a future order will be.
PLEASE NOTE:
Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
Unfortunately I can only post out items to addresses within the UK so please do not send vouchers abroad!
