All my items are packaged and delivered in non-bleached Kraft paper/cardboard material, made from recycled content and recyclable, and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (tracking number available upon request). An upgrade to Tracked 24 is for sale in my shop.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Stained glass wreath - Honesty (lunaria) seed heads in creamy white glass, made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
I make each wreath to order, cutting the glass shapes freehand to mimic the variation seen in nature; this means your wreath may differ slightly from the photos shown here.
The wire ring is approximately 17 cm diameter.
The use of opaque glass means the wreath looks just as pretty hanging against a wall/door as it does against a window.
Please include a message to seller at checkout if you are buying as a gift - all orders come beautifully wrapped in tissue paper (as per the listing photo), but I can include a handwritten gift tag, and send direct to the gift recipient if you wish. Giftwrap available at checkout.
Production time from ordering is 1-2 days. Parcels are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
