Full description
I worked the chess board by embroidering the darker squares in a terracotta coloured thread to coordinate with the pretty backing fabric. I then made a draw string bag to hold the wooden chess pieces in the same cotton fabric . This small bag can be tied to the loop at the top of the board , and then rolled up and tied inside the board.
The game is ideal for travel and for a original gift. My games are one - offs and I only use natural materials. Instructions are includes.
The open fabric board measures 34x32 cms.
