Handmade Decorative Ceramic Crackle Tile
These beautiful tiles are completely hand made, they are rolled out in strong white stoneware clay, then individually cut and left to dry before their first firing.
They are brush glazed by hand in an off white vintage crackle glaze and then fired again at 1220 degrees.
A decal is then carefully applied and the tile is fired for a third time at a high temperature so the decal fuses robustly into the glaze to become one with the tile.
There are 2 crackle finishes, please choose when ordering.

Strong, robust tile but not waterproof due to the decorative crackle finish.
Approx 13cm square. They can be functional in a variety of ways such as teapot stand, coaster, decorate item.
Clean handmade items by hand.
