Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within seven days after receipt of the item, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made. However, if the item has been returned from a location outside of the UK, any custom charges incurred will be taken from the refund. Fabric cut to order and embroidered artwork cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Silver plated bright check purl no.6
50cm length, diameter 1mm.
Bright check purl is a metal used for goldwork embroidery. It is similar to wire check purl, but has a shinier finish than wire check. Cut to size, and thread onto a waxed sewing thread as you would a bead, then stitch down.
Also available in gilt and copper.
Handmade in the UK.
I endeavour to provide fair shipping charges, however if the actual shipping cost is considerably less than the listed shipping cost, then I will refund the difference, allowing a little for packaging and my time. I do not charge more if shipping is higher than expected.
