You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within seven days after receipt of the item, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made. However, if the item has been returned from a location outside of the UK, any custom charges incurred will be taken from the refund.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
The Dog Rose Goldwork kit is a charming design which covers the basic techniques of padding, couching using Japanese gold and twist, couching using pearl purl and cutwork. It is an ideal starting point for launching an exciting journey into goldwork and all its many possibilities.
This goldwork kit includes the design hand drawn onto a 20cm x 20cm square of green silk dupion, with a 38cm x 38cm square of calico support fabric, gilt pearl purl, Japanese gold thread, gilt twist, gilt bright check purl, yellow craft felt, a reel of sewing thread, beeswax, full instructions with stitch diagrams, a size 22 chenille needle with buttonhole thread and a size 9 embroidery needle. All kept tidy in a neat little box.
The finished embroidery is 7cm high by 6.5cm wide.
Suitable for beginners.
