You can cancel the order and get a refund from the maker within seven days after receipt of the item, provided the item has not been used. Faulty items can be returned within six months of payment being made. However, if the item has been returned from a location outside of the UK, any custom charges incurred will be taken from the refund. Fabric cut to order cannot be returned.

Full description
Opus Anglicanum literally means English Work. This was the name for a period of English embroidery that was renowned throughout Europe and beyond. It only cameto an end when the Black Death swept across the world, wiping out most of the English embroiderers skilled in this technique and leaving the way open for the quicker, and therefore cheaper, techniques of tapestry shading and surface couching of metal threads from abroad to take precedence.
Opus Anglicanum made use of split stitch in silk floss along with underside couching worked in metal threads. 'Edgar' is one of two new designs designed to start you off in this beautiful technique.
The kit includes the design hand drawn onto a square of a calico, silk floss in a range of lustrous shades, metal thread, linen thread, full instructions with stitch diagram & stitch guide, beeswax and an embroidery needle. All kept tidy in a neat little box. Gilt and copper smooth passing available for halo. Silver not currently available.
The finished embroidery measures approximately 5cm wide by 7cm high.
