No better place to sit with a cappucino and capture in paint the arguments and comradery amongst the men as they enjoy their regular Sunday morning pastime, All these 3 pieces in the series were painted in situ with a plan to,eventually inform larger oil paintings, Purchased as a group they look great hanging vertically.

One of 3, watercolour paintings ,depicting local people , playing one of France's best loved social pastimes , Boules . Every town and village will have a dedicated place to, play this game , and at "Le Weekend " every one of them will be used. This particular Boules court is just outside the Cafe de La Place before you enter the "city" gate of the stunning perched village of St.Paul de Vence . Measuring 13x13cm this little watercolour will be shipped unframed, for you to choose your own style, whilst also negating the risk of damage during transit. You will receive the work within 5 days of ordering and the piece will be accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity which also constitutes a Lifetime Guarantee with care instructions .
