I have never grown out of the love of collecting shells and sea-smoothed pieces of driftwood...
I made one of these as a gift for a beach-and tree-lover. I liked it so much, I made some more for other friends. Then I needed an excuse to carry on...

A handmade hanging tree decoration. Made from driftwood, handmade wet felted coloured wool balls and natural cotton twine.
Height: 23cm from top of hanging thread to base of tree.

Handmade by myself in Wales from handpicked pieces of interesting driftwood, that has been cleaned before use, and wet-felted coloured wool balls.
