Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

3 SOAPS and COMPLIMENTARY furoshiki gift wrapping.
How to make an order:
please, select 3 soap scents from the list below and send me a message with your choice (please include order number and your name in a message).
Alternatively, soaps will be chosen randomly.
Soap scents:
- "Boudoir" (red french clay, lavender buds, deep floral blend of rose geranium and ylang ylang essential oils; exfoliating)
- "Italian Summer" (white kaolin clay, calendula petals, fresh citrusy blend of lemongrass and may chang)
- "Orange Kiss" (orange peel powder, turmeric, inspiring blend of orange, patchouli and clove bud essential oils; lightly exfoliating)
- "Black Rose" (activated charcoal, white kaolin clay, exquisite blend of black pepper, rose geranium, cinnamon essential oils)
- "Amelie" (pink french clay, almond shell powder, elegant blend of rosemary, ylang ylang and lavender essential oils; exfoliating)
- "Early Morning" (green clay, mint leaves, refreshing blend of peppermint and may chang essential oils; lightly exfoliating)
- Sea Meditation" (Dead Sea clay, uplifting blend of lavender and eucalyptus essential oils).
Your gift box will be wrapped in cotton Furoshiki.
We use only natural ingredients when making our soap - plant-based oils and butters, essential oils, clays and botanicals.
Soap bags, furoshiki gift wrapping and internal paper bag is handmade by us.
