These Czech glass crystal butterflies measure approximately 14mm x 10mm and are super-sparkly.
The crystals have an 'Aurora Borealis' backing, giving extra shimmer and rainbows of colour that catch the light beautifully.
In ancient times, butterflies were believed to be messengers from the spirit world and were used as a symbol of long life, rebirth and transition.
The butterfly is commonly used in Chinese symbolism to represent joy and warmth.
The Romans associated butterflies with wedded bliss, and in Japan two butterflies indicate that a marriage is blessed.
In Christianity they are a symbol of resurrection, which would make them a good choice as an Easter gift.
