Full description
We found these amazing pebbles on a beach where fire was used in the past to heat birch bark in a cauldron of water to preserve fishing nets. We think the material is clinker which has been worn round by the action of the waves. The pendant is beautifully formed, with a unique texture which is full of little air bubbles. The earrings are well matched and the matt black colour contrasts fabulously with the bright red shiny beads. All the metal in this set is sterling silver.
The pendant is 5 cm high, 2 cm wide and 1.5 cm thick. It comes on a 50 cm (approx. 20 inches) fine sterling silver trace chain. If you would prefer a different length chain please let us know the length you would like.
Our pendants are individually hand made in Chudleigh, Devon. We collect our materials ourselves, mainly from local beaches. Each item we find is unique, so each piece of jewellery is unique.
The pendant will be delivered by first class mail. We usually post items within one working day of receiving payment.
